Ms. De la Puente brings over 20 years of experience in capital markets across Canada and Latin America, specializing in venture capital, investment banking, corporate and commercial banking, corporate and project finance, investor relations, and financial advisory services. Currently a Managing Partner at Capital Bridge Advisors, Executive in Residence at Foresight Canada, Advisor at Invest Ottawa, and advisor at Numbercrunch, she has supported cleantech, health tech and other technology startups in building financial strategies, raising capital and executing complex financial transactions.

Prior to these roles, Ms. De la Puente worked as a business development advisor for Comercia Consulting, where she helped companies enhance international business strategies. She also served as Head of the Andean Region for EMX Capital Strategies, LLC, where she leveraged her strong relationships in Peru and international markets to source investment opportunities and conduct M&As and leverage buyouts.

Her earlier career includes significant experience in corporate banking with institutions like Citibank, Sudameris Banca Commeciale Italiana Group, Roche Securities, KPMG LLP, RBC Royal Bank of Canada, and ATB Financial in Canada. Ms. De la Puente further developed her expertise in project finance and corporate finance management roles at SN Power and Transportadora de Gas del Perú. She also played a pivotal role as Head of Investor Relations the Investor Relations units at Alicorp and Petroperú (both publicly listed companies), positioning both companies prominently in the international investment community.

Ms. De la Puente holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Universidad de Lima (Top Fifth of the Class) and an MBA from the University of Alberta (Top Fifth of the Class, MBA Government of Alberta Award Winner), with a major in Finance. Her extensive career has given her unique insights into venture capital, investor relations, financial structuring, corporate underwriting, M&As, and long-term debt financing, along with building strong relationships with global investors and financial institutions.

Ms. Rizopatron brings over 20 years of experience in business administration, economic and financial analysis, corporate banking, risk management, and foreign trade evaluation, working with clients across Latin America, North America, and Europe.

She currently serves as a Senior Consultant at Capital Bridge Advisors, where she advises companies on economic-financial impact assessments, financial modeling, financial planning and budgeting, restructuring, and market entry strategies. Since 2008, she also works as a Senior Consultant with Comercia Consulting, specializing in conducting technical studies assessing the economic and financial impacts on companies entering international markets and various industries. She has extensive experience managing databases related to foreign trade, economics, finance, and accounting, crucial for business analysis.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Rizopatron worked at Interbank as an Analyst in Risk Management and Risk Monitoring, focusing on corporate credit evaluation through sector analysis, financial statement reviews, and credit behavior assessments. Prior to that, she was a Credit Risk Analyst at Banco Santander.

Ms. Rizopatron holds a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad de Lima (Ranked 2nd in her class) and is a Specialist in Environmental Management – PEGA III from the Universidad Agraria La Molina (Ranked 1st).
